Happy Halloween

We had a Halloween birthday party for Ryan last weekend with just our families and we had a fun time. Chris and I made or should we say attempted to make some treats we never had before. We had a great time though and thanks to everyone who drove down to Provo in game day traffic! Ryan got toys, books, clothes and shoes from his family. I had to wake Ryan up from his nap to join his party so he wasn't too happy about that but thank goodness he forgave me. :)
Here are a few pictures we got on my camera. Nancy took a ton of pictures on her camera that I will post later.

He didn't touch the cake at first...he was just looking around wondering why everyone was staring at him. Then we helped him a little.

ok...so we made two plates of these doughnut eyeballs and this one tipped over at home so they're not as cute as the other plate but you get the idea...

mini carmel apples

twinkie mummies

Polka Dot Happy Birthday cupcakes inspired by Martha Stewart
of course her's look better but this was my first attempt
We had hotdogs and hamburgers, salads, fruit, soda, popcorn, candy, chips all going along with the color them of: black, purple, green and orange.
These are the only two gifts he was around for to open. As you can see he's even trying to getaway in the last picture.
