I forgot to write about this restaurant a while back and I really wanted to. Chris' birthday was December 10th and so I wanted to go out on a date. I wanted to try something different for dinner and so my sister suggested The Copper Onion in downtown SLC. SOO good!! We got the Sauteed Mushrooms for our appetizer and then Chris got the house Meatloaf and I had the Ricotta Dumplings. It's one of those cute, small restaurants and we just talked and laughed for a while. :) After dinner we went shopping for a suit for Chris and then on the way home we drove to Leatherby's and decided that we were too full from dinner still so we didn't even go!!
