I first had gnocchi on my mission. It was love from the second it hit my taste buds. The smooth, squishy, mild flavor just melts in your mouth. It's a little time consuming to make, but with Chris' help it made it much faster. I don't make it near as well as my fellow Brasilians, but it was still good. I just googled a recipe.
