So, we were at Costco a few weeks ago and the seafood/meat roadshow was going on and Chris walked by and saw a thousand big honkin' pieces of stake and said "man, that looks soo good!" I continued after by saying the crab looked even better! So, last weekend luckily they were back and so I got 2 Filet Mignon. I grilled it and put sauteed mushrooms on the top and oh it was so yummy! I also made this amazing pie. Seriously it was one of my most favorite desserts that I've made. I didn't take a picture, but I got the recipe from this blog who got it from foodnetwork.com
