John Johnson Farm

Although I have been to the J.J. Farm already it was great to go again. This is where Joseph and Emma lived when the mobs came to tar and feather Joseph. He preached from these original stairs the next day. The missionaries who did the tour did such a great job and it was obvious that everyone was able to feel the spirit. I love that feeling, it makes you want to do everything you know is right so you can feel that way all the time. I am so thankful for the example of Joseph and Emma. For the hardships they went through and for being great examples of faith. One of my favorite church cd's is called Tribute to Joseph and I love this song about Emma.
