I found this Pina Colada
recipe on a friend of ours and I just had to have it. I love drinks like this. We got the coconut cream at Macey's. The brand was Coco Lopez and you find it in the isle that sells drink mixes. It's around $3 but you can store it in the fridge and use it again because you don't use all of it for this recipe. They were yummy!
(picture taken by Rohan)INGREDIENTS
1 cup pineapple juice
3 cups ice
1 cup diced pineapple
½ cup coconut cream
Whipped cream and pineapple pieces for garnish
DIRECTIONS
1. Combine all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth
2. Garnish with whipped cream and pineapple pieces
JUICY LUCY

We love watching the Travel Channel and the show
Man vs Food. For those of you who don't know what it is this guy goes around to different restaurants and does their food challenges. For example: 12 of the hottest BBQ wings have to be eaten in 10 min, no drinking, no napkin, no bathroom breaks. But he also looks for rivals. For example: There are two places that claim they have the best Juicy Lucy so he tries to decide who really does. It's a super fun show to watch and Chris thinks it would be the most amazing job in the world to eat food! Free and you get paid for it! What more could you ask for? Chris has wanted to try and make a Juicy Lucy since we saw it so we did the other night. You have two patties and you break up the cheese so it stacks up in the middle then you pinch the 2 patties together and grill. The cheese oozes out of the middle. We also made corn on the cob which was also yummy yummy!
